Ready for fun and interesting discussions on peculiar situations? Introducing the U of G Debate Club’s first social of the year, our “Am I the Asshole?” event!

r/AmItheAsshole is an online community where users post about their real-world interpersonal conflicts to discuss their actions with others. This allows users to determine the morality of their often absurd and specific scenarios by letting others vote on if they are/aren’t an “asshole” for their actions. In this social, we will be sharing a few of these stories and having Gryphons discuss and vote on who they believe deserves judgment in these situations. This is a safe environment where all are welcome and bullying or negative attitudes will not be tolerated.

We will be hosting this event on September 11th from 5 p.m – 7 p.m in Room 441 of the University Centre. Anyone is free to join us, whether you’re a part of our club or not! We hope to see you there.
